Project Manager: Interiors

Mayker Interiors is looking for a Project Manager for our interiors department to handle the day-to-day operations and logistics of our home staging and Airbnb design projects. A hybrid job equal parts project management and client services, you’ll be integral at a foundational level in growing this Mayker division and establishing a happy and loyal clientele.


  • Manage our interior projects in full scope, including but not limited to:

    • Performing site visits

    • Handling client correspondence

    • Creating proposals

    • Sending contracts

    • Collecting initial payments

    • Inputting and maintaining accurate project data

    • Managing deliveries calendar

    • Liaising with designers and delivery staff so the full team is project-prepared

    • Providing quality control on all projects, ensuring Mayker’s standard of quality and design is always met

    • Providing post-installation client follow-up, ensuring clients are happy with our work

    • Overseeing project maintenance, ensuring Mayker standards are maintained throughout the life of the project

    • Managing timely extension renewals and payments

  • Be data driven. Understand how to optimize our services for more efficient and higher revenue services.

  • Stay well informed of the industry. Understand the competitive landscape — locally and nationally.

  • Always be focused on betterment. Consider creative, industry-changing ways Mayker Interiors can optimize and improve each client’s experience.

  • Measure client satisfaction and utilize feedback to propose strategic improvements to Mayker’s process and brand.

  • Excellent time management. This is a job of endless moving parts; to succeed, you will have to create order in an often chaotic industry and prioritize your time to a T. Strong organizational skills are a must.

  • Fine-tuned communication and presentation skills (telephone, written and face-to-face). You are often the lead point of contact with a client, and everything should be polished down to the quick email.
